Why zone Elections?
This year will be the first year Coastside County Water District uses zones for our board elections. The State of California switched away from "at large" elections to zone or district elections some years back and this year Coastside County Water District will follow the states lead. The zone system was designed to provide better community involvement in the district oversite or board of directors selection
